~ The Purpose of You and Me

It seems so, in fact in a way of what it means to be human, says Michelle L. Casto, a Soul Coach expert I´ve recently met on Twitter. "Traditionally, we have held two world views: material and mystical. I believe we will be moving beyond a dualistic world view to a holistic worldview where everything---light, dark, material and mystical unify and harmonize."

Are we undergoing an alchemical transformation?

The time for spiritual education is here. We can no longer cast a blind eye to the ills, wrongs, and general ignorance of our current reality. It is time for an end of the ego and the rise of the Soul.
Many prophecies about the Shift of Consciousness that is occurring between now and 2012 have emerged from ancient traditions of the Mayans, Hopi, Zulu. With this ending of a cycle comes a sense of loss and the opportunity for massive expansion.

A new consciousness is being birthed on the planet.
I call it the Age of the Soul, because inner lights are being awakened and activated, causing humanity to grow its angel wings. We are blessed with the very real opportunity to ascend higher up the evolutionary scale, where we can experience our own version of heaven on earth.
You have everything you need to be a pioneer in this new age of practical spirituality. The good news is that the divine you is not something you need to create. God already did that. The divine you is the light and love that you are. Your job is to clear the blockages so you can shine bright.
The New energy arriving on planet Earth requires a new and upgraded human being (an upgrade from Second Life to Eternal Life - cassie says :-)
one in sync with their soul’s purpose and strong in loving presence, a divine human. Now more than ever we are called to trust our inner knowing and make spiritually smart life decisions. We live in an era that is inspiring souls to awaken and take action.
As you begin to know yourself, you begin to master yourself.
As you begin to master yourself, you begin to recreate your reality
based on your soul's longings and desires.

Let everyone get in their destined place. It’s time to for us to unite and create a bright new reality. This work requires the heart, hands, and intentions of as many people as possible. We will need to create new solutions to modern-day problems, and be called upon to work together collaboratively.

So lets see: What is this thing called The Soul?

The soul is the spiritual essence behind your physical form. It is eternal, unlimited, and connected to Infinite Intelligence. It knows who we are, why we are here, and where we are going. C.S. Lewis so eloquently puts it: “You do not have a soul. You are a soul. You have a body.”
Thus it is no accident that You are here on Earth at this time of the Great Shift in Consciousness (or the fact that you are reading this). The divine’s plan for salvation includes you. You are at a choice point. Will you choose to ascend or remain stagnant?

When you think…
If others saw the real me, they would ... ?"
Marianne Williamsen says:
“If others saw the real me, they would
be blinded by my light!”
Your answer to this question surely reveals how ready you are to show up and shine. When we can see ourselves as divine, light and love filled beings with wisdom to share, gifts to bring, then we can see it in others.

So it’s the divine time for YOU to:
  1. Reclaim your divine inheritance
  2. Accept that you are anointed and appointed to do great things.
  3. Take action on your desires and dreams.
  4. Shine your bright light.
Our greatest opportunity will be to stand in our true power and glory—to radiate our light for all to see, no more turning it down so others won’t feel uncomfortable or holding back our power and presence.
In this great awakening, Truth will be revealed and most especially masks will be removed. Games and manipulations will be seen for what they are and the reign of the ego will end.

I absolutely know and experience my brilliant
and illuminated mind.

~

Light energy from heaven guides my path and
from here my genius shines brightly
.
Socrates said that the purpose of life is the enlightenment of the soul vs the pursuit of materialism that leads to darkness. Since much of our history has been about the accumulation of things, it seems natural that in this Age of Soul, for a deep change to occur in where and how we find our happiness.
I hold the belief that the curriculum for our enlightenment has been set by our soul and that LIFE gives us the opportunities to collect the keys to our eternal wisdom.
To reach Your Divine Kingdom, use these three Keys
Key 1: Conscious Learning
Learning is the connection for your soul’s evolution. Knowing yourself is understanding both your personality and your divinity and creating a life that harmonizes with both aspects of your Self. Along the way, you may learn lessons, however, the main thing is to learn to be a conscious creator and masterfully apply the skills of cognition and choice to manifest a reality that you adore.
Key 2: Soul Purpose
To discover and live one’s soul purpose is essential to your well being. Look within at your desires, dreams, aspirations, and longings that you carry in your heart of hearts. Ask not, Can I do it? But Will I enjoy it? Ask not, What can I get, Ask, What Can I give? Fulfilling your purpose means creating a pathway to your soul’s highest happiness and inner fulfillment, which can be expressed in 3 ways—universal purpose, personal purpose, and professional purpose.

Key 3: Conscious Creation
Understanding the idea that thoughts are things is the first step to re-creating your reality. Harnessing the laws of the universe such as law of attraction, law of action, law of reciprocity, law of intention, etc will make this effortless.

In life, we experience three major challenges:
  1. Power-orientated - making a stand/being courageous
  2. Love orientated - expressing and receiving love
  3. Intellect orientated - developing our mind, creating things.
We can grow into our expanded self & fulfill our divine destiny in each of these areas and more.
The first and most important step is to make the decision to be happy and successful. Keep in mind, the brain does not make the human, the human makes the brain by what he thinks about, focuses on, and what he allows to influence his thinking.

Of all the beautiful truths pertaining to the soul which have been restored and brought to light in this age, none is more gladdening or fruitful of divine promise and confidence than this excerpt from the Book "As a Man Thinketh", written by James Allen:

the molder of character, maker and shaper of condition, environment, and destiny ~

Everything We Know is ...

Wrong. Wrong, wronger, wrongest.
says Steven Frey.

It is fantasy that makes things up and fantasy is quite another thing.
Imagination is the ability to enter someone else’s mind. To penetrate another’s
experience. To feel what another feels: to see the world as they see it,
to suffer their pain, participate in their sins and in their triumphs,
loves, fears and hopes.

Everything we know is wrong.

Wrong. Wrong, wronger, wrongest.

Imagination is a product of memory and sympathy.
Some have it, just as some have perfect pitch or athletic hand-eye coordination.
Or maybe some can be trained to have it, I don’t know.
A paradox is that it seems harder to penetrate one’s own mind,
participate in one’s own experience and discover one’s own
feelings than those of another.

Tweet. Meet. Give.

A cosy wink to the Members of The British Royal Society
would be very much appreciated, Sir.

~ Gilian Anderson: Investigating Animal X-Files

Dear Member of the European Parliament,
I am writing urgently on behalf of PETA to ask you to stop Europe returning to the darkest days of vivisection. I urge you to act in the interests of compassion when MEPs vote on the proposed directive on the protection of animals used in scientific procedures.
I have been dismayed to learn of proposals introduced to the draft legislation which will have a devastating effect on animal welfare and completely prevent governments from effectively regulating animal experiments on behalf of the citizens of the European Union.
Please vote to protect animals, promote good science and ensure proper oversight in the First Reading of the proposed directive in May.

To reflect the deep concerns of European citizens, it is vital that the directive at the very least do the following:

• Promote effective, humane and relevant methods to replace animal experiments. This must
be at the heart of EU policy.

• Ensure that no experiments are conducted on animals unless a licence is issued by
government authorities in advance (this is already the law in many European countries and is vital for animals' protection).

• Ensure that no animal is ever exposed to severe, prolonged pain.

• Make real progress towards ending the use of all non-human primates in experiments and
take decisive action to completely end the trapping of wild monkeys to supply the vivisection industry.

We must not return to a "free-for-all" in which there is almost no effective control of what
takes place behind closed laboratory doors. Twelve million dogs, cats, mice, rabbits, monkeys, horses and other animals suffer and are killed in experiments in the EU every year.

I am certain that the overwhelming majority of EU citizens would be as horrified as I was to
learn that their elected representatives were considering washing their hands of those animals, leaving millions of them with little or no legal protection whatsoever.

Please vote in favour of
progress and compassion. Please contact me (through PETA)
to let me know how you intend to vote on this critical
issue.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,

~ I Never Saw a Wild Thing Sorry for Itself !

says D. H. Lawrence to the absent audience,
nipping at his mold whiskey in his writingroom.

The kitty cat lays on his legs listening to him
as always, enjoying the tender caressing fingers
from her mastermind. "That´s a thing like me",
she kitty thinks.

Kittycat speeds up to the dressing-room - smack!
Kissing the mirror. Falls back on floor. Rolls over.
Miaus madly happy.

D. H. Lawrence now curious.
"Oh my precious Lord, why me."

"God has grant me the wisdom and knowledge to achieve my goals. It is now my job to use the wisdom. Rrrroooaar."

Tweeters Unite: Givts from the Universe

A few months ago I was invited by a friend to join something called the TUT Adventurers Club by visiting www.tut.com and taking "the oath," which begins,
"In the face of adversity, uncertainty and conflicting sensory information, I hereby pledge to remain ever mindful of the magical, infinite, loving reality I live in - a reality that conspires tirelessly in my favor."

The oath continues for another paragraph, but I got the gist and decided to sign up, deciding it couldn't hurt and that I have a lust for anything smacking of self-improvement anyway. Since then, I have received regular e-mails with the subject heading "TUT: A note from the universe." For the most part, these little messages have been uplifting, challenging and loving. It as never occurred to me that with a single mouse click I could unsubscribe from the Universe itself. I need all the help I can get.

After a while, I began browsing the actual TUT Web site, and I became intrigued by Mike Dooley, the guy who put all of this together. I noticed that he had a couple of books in the offing, Lost in Space (TUT $5.95) and Totally Unique Thoughts: Reminders of Life's Everyday Magic (TUT $8.95). I was most interested in a 12 CD set called Infinite Possibilities: The Art of Living Your Dreams (TUT $129.40), which is a full 12 hours of Dooley himself laying out his compelling philosophical take on what he calls the "Truths of Being." I had to take a chance, so I approached Dooley for a copy of the CD set and both books.

Twelve hours of audio is daunting in itself, but having been a fan of the "big boys" like Anthony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, Earl Nightingale, et al, I came away with the realization that Dooley is the most literate and professorial of them all. Even in casual conversational tones he betrays a dazzling intellect. His "thoughts become things" premise is used as a point of departure into everything else he covers here, and that is quite a lot: beliefs, relationships, reincarnation, angels, soul mates, UFOs, ghosts, visualization, etcetera. With Dooley, it is all about "bulldozing our limitations" and creating our own realities. We have the power to choose, we write the script ourselves, and "sin is nothing more than an honest mistake." Thankfully, Dooley reminds us that we can never manipulate others with any sort of mumbo-jumbo. It just doesn't work.

"Don't just see the magic, engage it! Challenge it! Dare it!
Dream big, with every expectation that your dreams will manifest.
Demand that they come true!
*
You're not beholden to life, life is beholden to you.
You are its reason for being. You came first."
- Mike Dooley

Dooley was raised a Catholic, but soon started to feel alienated by all of the dogma. He feels that Jesus was misrepresented. He holds that the Bible is full of "mind-blowing insights and parables" but could prove to be misleading. I enjoyed the references to the old biblical adage "as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he," but I thought James Allen and Napoleon Hill had that concept sown up. Dooley goes beyond this by telling his audience "as one believes so shall one think." An interesting slant.

Cornerstone to this philosophy is the enticing thought that anything is possible, and that the Universe itself conspires to make our thoughts reality, with the caveat that one shouldn't try too hard. We must let go a bit more and let the Universe do its job.

I found myself speculating as to why none of the heavy hitters in the self-improvement industry are taking Dooley under their wings. My theory is that Dooley is much more of an entrepreneur than I suspected, or that he is simply too intellectually elite than the others and is an untouchable to all of those Chicago or Madison Avenue types. Does Dooley's professorial approach shoot him in the foot or does this enrich his coffers more than I can comprehend?

The site itself (www.tut.com) is a model of e-commerce, is simple to navigate, and gives another insight into why Dooley doesn't have to deal with third parties: control! Launched in 1989 by Dooley, his graphic artist brother Andy (www.andydooley.com) and their mother, author cum screenwriter Sheelagh Mawe, TUT began as a T-shirt company, originally selling these from sidewalk carts, kiosks, etcetera - and eventually garnering stores at bigger malls and wholesaling to companies like Macy's and Disney World. This phase of the business closed in 1999. In July 2000, TUT's Adventurers Club was launched. The site boasts not only online shopping, but free discussion groups called e-Safaris, and will eventually host actual adventures to exotic, faraway lands. Infinite Possibilities proves Dooley to be the most literate and professional of all inspirational self-betterment gurus.

Dooley favors the Swahili greeting, "Jambo," and has morphed it to mean "glad our paths have crossed in this most amazing of all adventures called life." I am glad as well, and I believe the man is on to something. We need to see - that the truth is at our fingertips.

~ How to Magically Transform Your Life & Relationships

It's very true that how we do anything, is how we do everything.
I didn't particularly like how I was doing anything. It all seemed very scattered.

I was distracted most of the time, and there wasn't any depth to anything I was doing. Everything felt shallow.
I knew that if I was ever going to have a great romantic relationship,
I had to look at myself and how I related to everyone. I wanted to learn how to become present in everything I did, but especially in my relationships.

My boyfriend, Paul, and I recently reunited after separating a few months ago. I couldn't be happier. Since I did not want to make the same mistake twice, I've given a lot of thought to what happened to break us apart the first time.
When we originally started dating, I had only been divorced a few months. My ex-husband and I were still sorting out our post-marriage relationship. Although Paul and I tried to venture slowly into our new relationship, we didn't succeed.
Our relationship moved ahead very quickly. It wasn't a conscious act on either of our parts. Falling into a deep relationship happened quite easily because we cared so deeply about one another.

However, after a few months, I was emotionally overwhelmed. The stresses of still doing my ex-husband's bookkeeping, raising my daughter alone, running my business, and starting a new relationship, spread my time and energy so thin that I wasn't giving anything or anyone my full attention. Everything and everyone suffered as a result.
I may be a Love and Relationship Coach for other people, but it doesn't mean I can always see my own stuff. That is why coaches have coaches. And thank God, I have mine.
Unfortunately, I didn't realize what I was doing until the damage was done. Paul received the brunt of walking through the minefield of my emotions. I realized I had two choices. Either end our romantic relationship, or continue trouncing his feelings because I was so emotionally ill equipped to be seriously involved with anyone.

The last thing I wanted to do was hurt Paul any more than I already had, so we ended our romantic involvement. He understood. He could see what was happening to me. It didn't end my feelings for him, however. In fact, they only grew stronger the longer I was away from him. I realized more and more what a wonderful man he truly was.

I dated a few nice men who I enjoyed very much, but truthfully, no one compared to Paul. Besides missing him in general, I also really missed dancing Argentine Tango with him, which he had taught me when we were together. I asked Paul periodically during the time we were apart if he would consider dancing with me as a friend, but his emotions were still too raw for comfort. This time, I understood. It's not fun when you hurt someone you love. I had hurt Paul and it hurt me just to think about it. But think about it I did.

It's very true that how we do anything, is how we do everything. I didn't particularly like how I was doing anything. It all seemed very scattered. I was distracted most of the time, and there wasn't any depth to anything I was doing. Everything felt shallow.
I knew that if I was ever going to have a great romantic relationship, I had to look at myself and how I related to everyone. I wanted to learn how to become present in everything I did, but especially in my relationships. I started by de-cluttering my life. I quit doing my ex-husband's bookkeeping (too many ties to the past, something my coaches had been telling me for months), narrowed the focus of my work and, most importantly, took my own advice.

I learned how to pay attention and stay present to what I was doing and who I was with. I forced myself to do just one thing at a time, which truthfully I never thought I'd be able to do. It always seemed like there were way too many things to do and not enough time to do them. But, I learned that by focusing on only one thing at a time, I did everything better. My relationships improved. Instead of trying to rush through conversations with my daughter or my mother, so I could move to the next thing on my list, I stopped whatever I was doing and listened. I stopped interrupting, because I wasn't always jumping ahead to what I thought was coming next. I paid attention to what was being said, gave the other person time to finish their thought, and then responded.

My life transformed. I was more relaxed. I was happier. This translated to my not only doing better work, but also getting more work done in a shorter period of time. Weeks later, Paul and I went to lunch. He noticed the difference in me immediately. He said there was an openness and generosity about me that hadn't been there before. ‘A generosity of spirit' is how he described it. That's exactly how I felt. Open and generous... to life, to Paul, to everything. This time, my heart was completely open and ready to share.

A few days later, Paul and I danced together. It was as if we were transported back to the very first time we danced... every magical, passionate feeling we had for each other came flooding back. After we danced, Paul took my hand and we sat down. We talked about what we had both learned while we were apart. Then, he asked if I might like to date again. After I said yes, we talked about what we would do differently this time.

As I jabbered on about how happy I was, Paul mentioned I should probably stop talking because he had stopped listening to me about five minutes earlier. He leaned over and kissed me. It was as if time stood still. There was no past. There was no future to worry about. There was only that moment to be cherished, treasured, and enjoyed.

John Lennon once said, "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans." Don't let life happen to you. Live each moment in the present, and watch your life and relationships magically transform. I wish you a life filled with many, many magical moments to be cherished, treasured, and enjoyed.
